Huaqiang Holdings Held 2021 Industrial Innovation and Management Innovation Seminar

In order to further stimulate innovation vitality, on June 10th and 16th, HuaqiangGroup held two high-quality innovation seminars focusing on industrialinnovation and management innovation. This activity adopted the method of"on-site report and defense + closed review by judges" to review theinnovative projects (plans) submitted by various industrial sectors. Theleaders of the board of directors and co-executive presidents of the Group andleaders from all sectors participated in the seminar online and offline.

Afterthe notice at the end of April, this event received positive responses fromvarious sectors, and many of them submitted innovative projects (plans) oneafter another. After careful selection, 9 industrial innovation projects and 11management innovation programs participated in the innovation seminar.

ChairmanGuangwei Liang pointed out in his concluding speech, "Without innovation,an enterprise will have no vitality and no competitiveness. If there is nocompetitiveness, an enterprise will have no future." He focused on thelong-term development of each segment of the group and commented on theimportance of the participating projects to the high-quality development of thegroup. He proposed that all sectors should attach great importance toinnovation work, conscientiously convey the spirit of this seminar, summarize theresults, and at the same time strengthen the mutual learning of industrialdevelopment experience between different sectors and accelerate the promotionof advanced management concepts throughout the group
